While technical expertise helps for engineering roles, we hire across multiple fields from project management to operations to business development. What matters most is curiosity, drive, and a willingness to learn.
We offer flexibility for remote work when tasks allow it. But since much of what we do involves hardware, testing, and integration, many roles require being on-site at Spexal or directly at the client’s facility. In most cases, you’ll have a mix: focus time from home, plus hands-on collaboration in the lab or on-site.
