Assembly Technician

Spexal is an AI and robotics development hub specializing in robotics, automation, and industrial solutions for clients across Europe and the MENA region.

We are looking for Assembly Technicians to support the assembly of robotic systems.

The role involves hands-on work in both mechanical and electrical assembly, including robot structures, component installation, wiring, sensor mounting, testing, and general technical execution.

This is an excellent opportunity for technicians, fresh graduates, and students with practical technical skills who want to gain experience in advanced robotics and automation projects.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical assembly of robot structures and sub-assemblies
• Installation of motors, sensors, actuators, and electrical components
• Wiring and cable routing based on engineering drawings
• Basic electrical connections and panel support
• Assembly support during testing and commissioning
• Troubleshooting and fixing minor mechanical/electrical issues
• Maintaining quality and safety standards during assembly
• Supporting engineers and project managers during execution

Requirements

• Technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields
• Technical school student, university student, fresh graduate, or experienced technician
• Strong hands-on practical skills
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to use tools and perform assembly work efficiently
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team player with strong work ethic

Nice to Have

• Experience in robotics, automation, or machine assembly
• Experience with workshop tools and fabrication support
• Basic PLC, control panel, or industrial wiring exposure
• Previous factory or production environment experience
